Thought this was a great place when I applied and now that I'm in and settled I know I was right. Really enjoying the grounds-just like a park. Met my neighbors and I'm pleased to say they seem terrific.

I love this community because the office staff is helpful, friendly and great to work with!! Anytime I've had a question or a request they office staff and maintenance team work well as a team to get things done in a quick manner!!

I finally found an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are the exact same size AND on the 1st floor. All the apartments are around big ponds and it's just so pretty. It's quiet and safe and I love it here!

Summit Lake is a nice place to live. The overall upkeep is good, the men that perform maintenance keep everything working and looking nice. Really wish the pool was heated for the winter, but otherwise it is a really decent place to live.

Rented a one bed and one bath for a year at Summit Lake. The property is well maintained and my unit was quiet and cozy. My move in and move out experience went very smoothly. They're pet friendly! Love the office staff here!!

I enjoy living here. It's very quiet, neighbors are friendly and I feel safe. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. You couldn't have a better manager and her team of office staff and maintenance crew are amazing.
