I couldn't get out of this place fast enough. After 11 mos. at Symphony I started to think that all apartment living must be like this. Not true! My new apartment complex made me realize just how bad Symphony is. I won't take the time to repeat all the previous complaints; they are all true. I will warn everyone that the Alliance lease has a "survivors clause". If you live alone and die your survivors are responsible for the lease until the apartment is rented. Knowing this company as I do, as long as a survivor is paying the rent they have no incentive to get it rented. I've lived all over the country and have never seen a "survivor clause" in a lease. Also, it appears to me that Symphony doesn't care what type of people rent their apartments as long as the rent is paid. Constant screaming, cursing, kicking in doors, police visits; complaints fall on deaf ears. I'll never believe my neighbors were vetted. Heed all the warnings. HORRIBLE LIVING ENVIRONMENT!
