In general my experience has been fine; however, there are improvements that could be made. The owner spent money on renovating the main pool area when I think the money should have been spent on upgrading apartments. I live inside my apartment more than I live outside of it. There have been a couple of managers that I found to be extremely helpful; however, the current main property manager is not friendly, is condescending and rude. There were two men on the property before that I did not think were good either. They wouldn't even look up from their computers when I came in. Since the water is SO awful, they need to have more than one water machine on the property. When it is down, it is usually several days before it's fixed. It would be nice if they installed water filters as well. Overall the place is nice; but if they raise my rent when my lease is up, I will be moving.
