The management at the facility is not cooperative and maintenance is inefficient and inadequate. In March 2020 my ac/heater system broke and no one came to look at it for 3 days. In April of 2020 my bathtub cracked so that it was unusable. They marked my maintenance request complete the day after submitted it without anyone ever looking at it. It then took them until June 9th to fix it after several calls to the office where they kept asking "are you sure you want it fixed?" Finally in the end of june of 2020 my ac/heater system broke again and it took them a full week to fix it. Each time they came all they did was patch it with freon and within a couple hours it wasn't working again. However, despite it breaking after a couple hours they didn't come until the next business day. After a week of spending 90% of my time without AC they called a vendor to fix it. They never reimbursed me or offered to have me switch units. The most I got from them was an advisement to get a plug-in fan. I have since moved out. However, they do not except your keys until the absolute last day of the lease and do not let you drop them off early even if you are working the last day of your lease and cannot be in during office hours. -_-
