Commons at Sawmill Manager

Hello Anonymous, We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay here at The Commons. Everything on the lease agreement including rent prices and lease dates is made very clear and is stated multiple times on the agreement. You also have to sign each one of these pages ensuring that you understand and agree to the terms. We do accept packages here in the office as a courtesy to you if you are not home to accept it. When we receive packages we log each package in with the name, apartment number, and tracking number and you are required to sign your package out when picking it up. It is your responsibility to track your package and make sure your apartment number is on it to ensure correct and speeding delivery by the carrier of your choice. If you have any suggestions for making either of these processes easier, please let me know and I will be happy to listen. If you have any other questions or concerns please reach out to me directly so that I may familiarize myself with your account and assist you. The Leasing Office phone number is 928-779-5055.
