First of all, the administrative team is highly attentive to the needs, wishes and concerns of all of its residents. It not only listens, but is quick in its responsiveness. If you have a problem in the unit, the maintenance staff is courteous, prompt and knowledgable...and on site. Always someone on duty for after hours emergencies. You want convenience? Pineview is within 5 minutes of major grocery stores, health food stores, hobby stores, book stores, medical facilities and clinics for every imaginable need, health clubs, pet stores, downtown, county library and senior center...oh, and Farmers' Market. NAU is about 2 blocks away. While I don't use public transit..I've heard excellent things about it. As to who lives here, we have a nice multi-generational representation which , for me, keeps things interesting. Pineview also loves your pets like you do and I haven't heard of one not being welcome here. Most pet owners know other people's pets by name. They often stop into the office for a treat. As to ameneties, we have two laundromats with large screen tv/s . You can pay by card and have texts sent to your phone when your loads are finished. We have a gym that is available when we don't have a global pendemic. :( One of the biggest perks is the presence of a family that represents the Apartment Life team. They put on two events a month that are free to residents..usually involving really delicious home made cooking. They are held, most often, at the clubhouse where there is also a grill for residents' use. If you can't make it in time for the event, the family often dishes up a plate for you and deliver to you when you are home. They are really an amazing, caring family. They will visit you shortly after moving in to make sure that everything is going smoothly. We can also boast having one of the most amazing postal mistresses in Coconino County. Daryl is an amazing postal carrier who often goes above and beyond the call of duty. If you are moving to Flagstaff, this should be your first stop. If you spend a year here, you are likely to stay. But, if you have in mind moving in for a year to look around, I would encourage you to do that. You will not find any place friendlier, more responsive and eager to please than our administrator, Brittany Lawler, and her staff nor our maintenance staff...Andrew, Daniel and Brandon. And I can guarantee that you will not find a more convenient locations to darned near anything you could want or imagine. Come visit! See for yourself. Talk to the residents. Best move you could ever make...whether permanent or temporary. As an added bonus...the weather is fantastic no matter the season! ?
