Dear past resident, Your concerns and feedback are what help Timberline Place continue to strive to improve and to ensure resident satisfaction. As you may know, our community stays at near capacity most of the time because we work hard to keep the property well maintained and the residents comfortable. I apologize that you felt your experience to be less than acceptable. Under normal circumstances, maintenance requests have a 24 to 48hr response time. I looked up your unit work orders; yes you did have 2 during your 3 month stay. One was remediated within 48 hours and the other required a part to be ordered which delayed repair. If there was an issue with our response time or quality of repair, it would have been addressed immediately upon you informing us. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am-5:00pm. In addition we have 24hr maintenance on-call for emergencies. Although we do our best to be as available as possible, there are times that we are showing property, assisting other residents, doing inspections or taking a lunch hour break. For those instances, we conveniently have a message machine on our office phone system or you can go online at www.timberlineplace.com to submit feedback or maintenance requests. As for entry into units, there is no record of anyone entering your unit beyond what you are already aware of though I still took your concerns very seriously by following up with maintenance and ensuring that your unit was secured and that no person had access to it during your transition. Lastly I have explained the circumstance of rescheduling your move-out appointment. I did try to make contact but was un-successful, I am glad that we were able to meet up at a later time to complete your move-out inspection. As with all residents you are and were very valued. If there is anything further I can do to alleviate your frustration, please contact me right away and we can move forward with a solution.
