I don't think the office staff even knows the definition of customer service. Right from the begining we were lied to by Tammy regarding our water bill. We were out of town during the last week of November and first two days of December for a family emergency. We tried to pay rent when we got back on the 2nd but the office was already closed as well as on the 3rd. I took the check down on Monday first thing in the morning. Christine looked at the check in my hand like it was contaminated and said she wasn't taking it because it was late and she would only take a money order. <br>When I asked her when the cut off date for late payments were she told me the 2nd. I found out later is a lie. <br>My husband just found out that he has to relocate more than 60 miles from here or lose his job. He politely explained to the office and asked if there was anyway to work something out. Vicki rudely informed him that she doesn't care and we are responsible for the whole lease and she will do nothing to help out.<br>What kind of attitude is that? If we stay he loses his job and we wont be able to pay rent anyway. Is that really a better solution?<br>I will tell every person I know to stay as far away from this place as possible.
