I am very surprised to see the negative views expressed here. Personally, I have had nothing but a positive experience with Woodcrest Apts & their staff-especially ---------. My fiance and I saw a one bedroom advertised on Craigslist. We came to view the apartment Wednesday night, had our application approved Thursday, and signed the lease on Friday. It was easy, quick process and ---- was great. We are in love with the apartment. It's ground floor and has all utilities, even Suddenlink cable, included except for electricity. I'm so overly impressed we got this apartment for what we did. Did I mention a washer & dryer is in unit? That's fabulous. We had one minor problem with our dishwasher and maintenance was over promptly the very next day. Another pro in my book is that recently the apartment had a free "Get Pampered" Event in the office. I took my mom as my guest and we had a lot of fun. Hot food, a ten minute chair massage and for the ladies a makeover. We are happy to live here, the apartment complex & staff is very nice. If you're considering renting from Woodcrest, I would highly recommend it.
