They call themselves a premier apartment community but don't be fooled. I lived here 15 years ago and they haven't changed anything except for landscaping. Units are old and outdated and in general disrepair. Especially the appliances. The nicest thing about this complex is the office. Algae in the hot tub, rusted hand rails, walkways and steps are spawling and falling apart. All maintenance is done half assed. The clincher is the management. Renter or not, I'm still a person. Horrible staff. Take your time and look at other properties. There are nicer, quieter places to live in Flagstaff.
