When my husband and I were looking around town for a new place to live a few months ago, and every place we looked at the staff seemed bored, uninterested, lost our appointment, told us incorrect information, or didn't even give us the time of day. I emailed Woodcrest inquiring about their availability, and I got a response and set up a time to come in and tour the complex in less than 15 minutes. The staff is the friendliest that I've ever met at any apartment complex, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with us moving in. Every time we run into them around the complex they always ask how everything is, and if there is anything they can do. The apartments are in great condition. Yeah, the appliances are slightly outdated, but they are clean and work perfectly fine. As with any apartment that has been lived in constantly for years, there are going to be minor flaws, but you can't ask for perfection if you're not willing to pay extortionate prices for it, especially in a student/university town like Flagstaff. I highly recommend this complex to anyone.
