After living there for only 6 months, countless problems came up. The staff is friendly, but incredibly devious, and unprofessionally. Make sure if you live there, you get everything in writing, and take pictures of your apartment before you move in, and after you move out. And ale sure they do a walk-through with you. Always keep a copy of your records - lease, walk-through check list - they "misplaced" mine. In the end they charged me over $1,000 for things they said would not be applied. Such as, repainting and recarpeting - which should be covered in the deposit. Also, there was a debt on the fridge when I moved in, not caused by me, and when I moved out they charged me for it, even though I stated in my walk-through check list that it was already there when I moved in.
They are also very picky about what internet service you have - no satellites allowed.
All in all, though living without utilities is nice, it is not worth the hassle that this place ensues.
