Resident 2015 - 2017

-Drug dealer and the people that buy from him living amongst children -Trash and old couches left on porches -Police called to apartments at least once a week -Alcoholics on different balconies having conversations late at night -People working on their cars -Marijuana being smoked in apartments so the skunk smell transfers to non-marijuana smokers much so that children can smell it and you have to keep your bathroom door shut with the fan going constantly to try and contain the smell to one area -Disrespectful people moving in who do not care about the noise they make late at night or the trash and dog poop they leave -Furniture being left at the dumpsters for weeks without anyone hauling it off -Maintenance guys who could care less about the community. They see all of the above stuff and do nothing about it and they get annoyed when you ask them to fix something. -Non-responsive manager who only care about filling empty apartments and not do a thorough check of the people they let in so their current, good residents do not have to put up with all of this. -The grounds on the back of the complex is a muddy mess because they have the sprinklers on during the day when kids are playing. It also makes the sidewalks slippery and a future lawsuit is going to happen when someone slips and falls (the smart thing to do would be to have the sprinklers come on late at night when kids are not playing and people are not out walking around) When I first moved in, I loved it. My neighbors were great. Management was great. The maintenance was better. So great that I signed another lease. Now, they have all moved and we're stuck with all of this. I pose this question to management If you are not going to enforce rules clearly listed in the signed lease agreement, why are we bound to this lease?
