I lived there for a year and my roommate was there for two and I was not happy with my experience all the way up to my final bill. The employees changed their answers with every question. We will call one day and get one answer and then call another day to check and it will be a completely different answer. Because of this issue we have gone to the manager about the problems and when asked "are you okay with your employees lying to us?" she replied "if that's what they told you I can't do anything about it". They pick and choose which rules they are going to let who break. The maintenance guy while looking at our air conditioning unit (which we had NUMEROUS problems with) told us how only one guy in the complex doesn't use his ac unit because he grows pot in his spare bedroom. Not okay!! Their "emergency" maintenance line is a voicemail which takes someone 2 hours to call back and a whole day to come check on things. So when our roof leaked onto our carpet during the storms, we had to wait 2 hours to even get a call back acknowledging the problem, and they didn't find it important enough to look into until late in the evening of the next day. We've had SWAT at our complex, and numerous police visits due to rowdy people in the parking lot, a car driving into the gates, a car driving into the wall, etc. They staff always seemed to be in a terrible mood. It seemed like we were bothering them when we went in with a question. Not good customer service. There was a fire in our building and they dealt with it very unprofessionally. The available parking was horrid. They will not give back the security deposit because "they don't show any record of one being paid". That means they let a 17 year old and a 19 year old with no credit history move in without a deposit?? I don't think so. I wouldn't let my enemy rent from them because it's such a hassle. Your place of living should be where you go to release all your stress and worries, not build more up. I will make sure no one I know even looks at these apartments as an option. Any good? My neighbors were cool and we had no noise issues. We could hear them closing their kitchen cabinets but it wasn't loud or often enough to become an issue. The floor plan of our apartment was wonderful. I would have loved to stay in that apartment for another year or so, but the staff made it HELL to live there. I would give staff zero stars if that was an option. The location is close to everything. During the holidays it gets a little chaotic, but you can expect that everywhere.
