Resident 2000 - 2002

4/1/2003

I wouldn´t say the apartments were horrible, but I wouldn´t say they exactly "wowed" be either. They sit right behind a school baseball field, and it is not an uncommon thing to have baseballs fly right over the fence and break a car windshield or two. I know because thats what happened to me. I also got sick and tired of seeing furniture left out by the trash dumpster. People would leave couches and what not out there, and it really dragged down the appearance of the apartments, and it was a terrible eye sore. The Maintenance would also (out of sheer irresponsibility) leave old refridgerators sitting by the dumpsters too, and in my opinion, that would seem like a major safety hazard for young little children, especially if they were to somehow start playing in the refridgerator, and the door shut, and they got locked in there, suffocating themselves to death. Just a law suit waiting to happen really. The neighbors are so noisy too. The apartments had poor insulation. The walls were paper-thin, and you could hear everything your neighbors did, from taking a dump, to having to listen to their music. I have since moves to a house in Scottsdale, and no longer have to put up with any of this crap.
