Resident 2012

12/13/2012

I currently am a resident of Cimarron and I think it is a fair price for where I am living. It is nice that it is downtown by all of the shops, the police station, the library, and fire department. From Mesa Dr. to Country Club on Main St. it is a nice area. If you drive further down in either direction it gets a bit shady. I feel safe living there and probably will stay another year. Yes, laundry is a bit over priced, the back pedestrain gate is either wide open or doesn't lock but they do fix it often. I like the fact that they close off the driving gates at night to help with crime. Since the police station is right there it is patrolled quite frequently so if anything were to happen they would be there very quickly. The Main St. shops aren't all that spectacular, but Diamond's Sports Bar and Monsterland are bars I frequent because of proximity and like them. It is also nice that there are events that go on every weekend on Main St. that you can walk to. The fitness center is nice with no broken equipment, I enjoy using the pool table and ping pong table in the clubhouse and the staff is very friendly. Overall, I would recommend this place to someone looking for a nice place but is looking for cheaper rent.
