Resident 2011 - 2013

3/14/2013

The office staff at Cimarron is amazing! Jonna, Sam, and the others really go out of their way to make sure tenants feel like members of a community. They are always helpful and friendly, and have never made me feel like I was just a source of income. The staff here is the main reason I've stayed for two years, and don't plan on moving! The apartments are a decent size for the price, and the one-bedroom I'm in now has a washer and dryer. My last one bedroom here didn't, but there is an on-site laundry room that is always accessible, even in the middle of the night. These apartments are very pet-friendly and there is no pet rent; there is a deposit, but it's half of what I've been asked to pay at other places, and it's refundable on move-out. The maintenance crew and the neighbors are very good at cleaning up any "accidents", so despite the number of people who have animals, the walkways and grassy areas are always well-maintained and free of pet waste. Finding close parking is occasionally a pain, depending on which side of the complex you're on, but there are always open spaces. The complex is VERY quiet, with many of the residents being snowbirds who don't live here year-round. Overall, this is the best place I've ever lived, and I definitely plan on renewing my lease again!
