Dear Former Resident, I am sorry to hear that you have not had a great experience while living here. Our maintenance team does strive to keep the grounds picked up each and every day. We offer pet waste stations throughout the community as a benefit with hopes that all Residents will pick up after their pets. We do fine residents if they do not pick up after their pets if we can verify where they live. Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day for our residents to use. It does require a key deposit of $50, which is much less than most annual gym memberships. Our lease agreement does have a towing policy for all vehicles that are in violation of the lease (ie: flat tires, on-jack, missing wheels, no current plates, illegally parked, etc). We do not and cannot receive a percentage for the contracted company to tow vehicles from the community. If you need any further clarification on the tow policy, I will be happy to provide you with the area of the Lease to refer to. Please let us know if you need a copy of your lease agreement. I see that you mention that you have seen drug deals, and indecent activities on the property and wonder if you have contacted the City of Mesa Police Department when you were a witness to these incidents? We cannot always be the eyes and ears, as we are not in the community 24 hours a day. We do look to the residents to help report suspicious activity to the police department when they see it occurring. We are part of the Tri-Star Program that the City of Mesa Police Department offers. Participating in the Tri-Star Program does allow neighboring communities are to take steps to deter crime and have consequences when tenants are involved in illegal activity in and around the community. The best way to expedite service requests is to submit a formal work order, which can be conveniently made through the My IMT Resident Portal at myimt.www.imtresidential.com. There, you can submit and check the status of any service requests. It is our hope for you and all of our residents to feel comfortable in their living environment, and we encourage our residents to contact local law enforcement should they notice any suspicious activity, or to obtain criminal reports for the area.
