I have lived here since March & haven't had any real problems even though the apartments are older. The one time I had to call maintenance they responded within the hour. The office staff, especially ,Rainy, have always been nice & helpful. This was one of the few places I found that would allow me to have my dog since she's over 40lbs; they allow dogs up to 100lbs here, but there are some breed restrictions & you have to pay monthly pet rent. There's a lot of construction & upgrades happening right now & I think this place will be much nicer when they finish; even with the construction its not very noisy. Overall it's not a bad place to live & I've liked living here. I will probably when my lease is up though, only because the rent is more than I can realistically afford on my income, otherwise, I would renew my lease & stay here because it's a decent place to live in a nice area.
