Absolutely terrible. First day in found roaches painted to the wall and counter. Secondly master bedroom fan broke and ac broke and maintenence left us with a portable ac unit and it didn't blow cold air on top of that whatever he did wiring wise caused a problem and they've now left us three days in complete darkness and still Monday it's now noon and still no ac.
