Indian Springs Apartments

I lived there for a year and found by far that the floor plan was well designed and ample sized compared to many in the area. The management was quite helpful and accomodating to my requests while living there. I wished they would update the kitchen area a bit by replacing countertops and putting in new refrigerators. But for the price is was well worth it in regards to space and placement. My only complaint is the excessive noise levels from children and adults who can be very obnoxious at times. My biggest problem was trying to sleep over the nightly car alarms that continually were set off for unknown reasons throughout the complex. But I guess that just comes with apartment living. Indian Springs at the time did not allow Cox Cable to service the units which was a bit irritating to me. Every apartment has a covered assigned parking spot but mine was a distance from my unit which was a little bothersome. But overall I found it a decent and acceptable place to live and would not discourage anyone from moving there.
