I first moved into Indigo Springs not too long after they opened. Just like the other person stated, at that time the complex, and management was great! The rent was very reasonable, and the same rate was kept when I renewed. I lived there three years actually, and moved out not too long ago. In my time there, I witnessed many crazy things. I saw fist fights in the park, police swarming several apartments, and have heard of many car break ins. The back gate to the complex is broken on a regular basis, and the remotes for the front gate rarely work. I know they used to have a security person there, but I don't think they do anymore. I have seen approximately 7 different management teams there, each one progressively more rude. It seems as though indigo springs no longer values long time residents. I had put up with the crime, the lack of building maintenance, and the sub standard management for the pure sake of not wanting to move. What finally made me move is when I attempted to renew my lease, and the yet again new management company informed me that my rent would be going up approximately $100 a month, to "market value" I am not sure which market they were speaking of. This complex is literally 100 yards from the ------. So, if you are thinking about living at Indigo Springs, I would suggest looking farther east. The convenience of the location is not worth the unprofessional management staff, and the unsafe living environment.
