I like this complex enough that I renewed my lease, I have a one bedroom one bath and for the square footage the bedroom is pretty large, though this does mean the living room is pretty small, but that's fine by me. All of my neighbors are nice, most everyone will say hello to you. I have seen roaches crawling around outside, but never inside the apartments. There's tons of birds, especially hummingbirds, so if you enjoy that you'll see them a lot around here. Maintenance staff is always super friendly and start to recognize you after a while and always say hello, plus any requests I've out in they've always completed very quickly. It's a pretty dog friendly place, and lots of people have all kinds of dogs, so if you have a dog that's a "restricted breed" this place may be a fit for you, I appreciate seeing pitties and shepherds around. Every once in a while the animal waste does build up, but it's usually not a huge issue. The only genuine problem I really see here is parking. If you're single and don't have guests over much it's not bad, as you get an assigned space in a carport, but if you have guests over in the evening, they usually will have to find a space somewhere and hike to your apartment. Even the assigned spaces seem a little illogical, as it's a pretty decent walk to my parking spot but my neighbor one floor below has a space that's almost right outside the door. Decent gym, two swimming pools, a small dog park that seems to be used pretty infrequently. The community is gated, but if you live near the secondary gate it sometimes doesn't get closed, and when it does you have to pay for a clicker to open it, otherwise come in through the main gate and drive all the way around the entire complex. The road doesn't cut through the buildings, just one loop on the outside. Overall though, I've enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend to a friend.
