We have had very few bed bug issues, and we have always been very proactive with any pest issues. Our residents will attest to the fact that they live in a community where Management cares about all the issues that affect them. We believe education is key to preventing infestations, and we hold regular open meetings with the residents so that they can learn all the facts. We invite anyone who is thinking of moving to The Orchard to come and visit. Walk around and talk with our staff and with the residents who make their home at The Orchard. I'm sure that you will be impressed with the quality of this community. The care that we show is evident.
