Hello William, Thank you for your feedback and review. We always appreciate hearing from our residents and we strive to provide the best customer service possible. I am sorry that you are upset, but I think you are under the incorrect impression that we are infested with mice. I spoke with your roommate on Friday and he was concerned about noises he heard, and as a courtesy I contacted 2 of your neighbors. Even though no one has seen or heard anything definite, I thought it was best to have 3 apartments (including yours) treated by our pest control company in an abundance of caution. Your roommate told me he has never seen any unwanted pests. In fact, he was more concerned that something was wrong with the neighbor and never indicated he thought it was anything else. If you had an "infestation", it would be very evident. If there ever is an infestation, we always encourage residents to contact us in the office so we can have the issue treated, because one of the many benefits to living at Superstition Vista Apartments is we offer free interior pest control. I also took some time to research your work order history and I don't see that you have weekly work orders. I have work orders from 11/26, 12/8 and 12/29, all of which were repaired in a very timely manner. In my research, I also notice that you paid your rent on Saturday and had to pay late fees. If you are upset about that or anything else, I would be more than happy to set a date and time to meet and discuss these issues with you. If there has been any miscommunication, I would like the opportunity to clear it up with you in person. I look forward to continued communication and resolutions to issues that impact your living experience at Superstition Vista. Thank you Josh for your feedback. We appreciate hearing from our residents as we utilize all feedback to better our community. In the future, please feel free to contact me in the office regarding your concerns, as I don't believe I was ever given the opportunity to try and address your concerns before you posted this review. It's unfortunate that there are pet owners who are not as responsible as you, so we definitely appreciate that you pick up after your dog. Our entire maintenance staff dedicates a few hours every morning to picking up the property, and that includes dog feces. We strive to maintain our beautiful community and we do our best to keep up with the needs of the property. All our employees are trying to do their best to assist the rest of the team in being able to accurately address those residents that don't clean up after their pet. I can kind of understand how one can misconstrue their attention to detail as harassment, but I can assure you that they are simply working for the benefit of the resident and the community. Our porter has a very difficult job and we appreciate her hard work. We will definitely take your concerns into consideration and make sure that we do a better job of staying on top of refilling the pet waste bags. As you know, our pet stations get a ton of use because we are a very pet friendly community, allowing all breeds and sizes. Thank you again for being a great resident and a responsible pet owner! Hello Madelyne, Thank you for expressing your concerns and allowing us the opportunity to respond. I would love to meet with you or talk over the phone to discuss your issues. Being that you are a former resident, there isn't much I can do at this point to take care of those things for you, however, your feedback assists us in improving upon the experiences of all of our other current and future residents. Did you ever contacted the community manager in regards to your concerns at move in or during the 8 months you lived here? Because I am positive that we would have been able to address many of your concerns. We strive to provide the best possible customer service and I think if had we been given the opportunity, you would have seen many of your concerns get addressed. I would agree with you, we do have an AMAZING maintenance staff. Thank you for your kind comments regarding Francisco. I will relay those to him. As far as your deposit return, I looked at your account and there was a balance for the prorate that was deducted from your deposit as well as 2 water, sewer and trash bills that covered the time you lived in the apartment home, until your move out date. The billing cycle for water, sewer and trash is about 45 days out. Hello, Thank you for leaving your feedback. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and based on your review, it is obvious that you are unhappy with your apartment home. If you have a pest control problem, we offer free pest control services weekly. We would be happy to make arrangements for your apartment home to be treated. We offer a variety of services from general sprays to extensive treatments on Wednesdays and Thursdays every week. On occasion, there are extreme circumstances where a resident might be charged for treatment, but that would only be if they became re-infested multiple times through no fault of the property. We also treat surrounding apartment homes to make sure that the problem does not spread to others who don't have pest control issues. I can assure you, the entire property is not infested. Infestations are rare and we treat them aggressively. As for pet feces, we are a pet friendly community. Unfortunately, there will always be a few irresponsible owners who don't pick up after their pets. This is not the norm, and we feel the benefit of allowing all dog breeds and having lots of happy fur babies, far outweighs the few bad seeds. We also have an awesome maintenance staff that work diligently at keeping the community clean. Our pools, grounds, play area and sports field are beautiful and we strive to keep them that way. If we find there is a repeat issue, we will contact the resident; and, in extreme cases, we will fine the offending resident. Most of the time, our amazing residents are responsive and want to help us keep our community clean too! So, if you are seeing an issue with pest control or dog feces on the property, perhaps we can schedule a time to meet at your convenience and look for some solutions together.
