I loved living at Waterford. Waterford has a very friendly staff that is easily available to help and answer any question or request. Anytime I had a question, I know I could stop in the office or call and quickly get a no hassle answer. Waterford has an online portal which is extremely useful as a resident. The portal allows a resident to view events going on on the property, request maintenance and view rent and then set up auto payments. The staff is very helpful with the online payment system and if a resident has an issue, they are quick to resolve the issue. I once did not have my monthly payment go through properly due to a bank issue. I let the staff know and they dropped my late fees for coming to them with the problem. As a side note, if a new resident is not comfortable with an online payment system, Waterford does require you add on $10.00 to your rent. One of the best experiences I had, ironically, was when my washer flooded. It was late at night and I was freaking out at the mess. Luckily, there is 24 hour emergency maintenance. The maintenance guy quickly made it over and was very friendly and funny and just completely changed a stressful situation. They helped me move furniture out of the way, set up fans to dry out the carpet and even cleaned my carpets free of charge. The complex is very well maintained and I surprisingly never had bug issues or noise issues for being on the first floor. I rarely heard my neighbors through the walls.
