As much as I loved the nice apartments, they will take every dime they can from you when you leave. First, there is a 60 notice requirement to terminate your lease. So if you are to move out at the end of your lease term, you must let them know 2 months in advance (really??) So even though I gave a 30 day notice (shame on me, didn't read the fine print) a month before our lease terminated, I had to pay an extra month... AT $300 MORE THAN WHAT I HAD BEEN PAYING. Ok, so we get through that. We scrubbed our walls, bathrooms, kitchen, shampooed the carpets and in the end we got a lousy 16 bucks back from our deposit. They charged for cleaning and carpet shampooing anyway. I loved the location, the amenities, and the apartment itself, but beware the fine print....
