Grounds are consistently kept up (grass is frequently cut, pest control comes twice a month). Parking lot was recently paved. Most of the staff is competent except for the young man in the leasing office. Several occasions we have had mishaps. Maintenance is timely, however if your AC breaks and it's after dark, you do not receive a portable and they will come the following morning. I have only witnessed one break in (car) the few years I have lived here. Police do frequently loop around the complex. If your unit does face the car wash, the lights stay on all night and it can get kind of noisy if people blare music. The neighbor across the way smokes pot, and it can be smelled a few units down. The complex is smoke free which is a plus unless you do smoke tobacco. They make you walk to the edge of the parking lot, otherwise you face a large fine. Very close to Walmart, Taco Bell, KFC, Eegees, Kohls, LA Fitness and Trader Joe's. Trying to exit on to Oracle can be a pain during certain hours. Also if you face the sun, it can get very hot. I'd suggest blackout curtains but even still it's hot during the summer months.
