Resident 2004 - 2005

10/17/2007

It was a nice place!

I first moved to these townhouses back in 02 and lived there for 6 months with my family and the area was well kept and quite. Then in 04 I moved back on my own and the place had changed a little and the townhouses were a little run down, my first few wks were horrible because my 2 toilets flooded and my ac leaked the first few wks. The dishwasher didn't work in the whole 12 months I lived there plus my front door didn't close properly and later in the months my townhouse was broken into several times and on the last time someone got in they broke a bedroom window that didn't lock after that and maintenance couldn't do anything about it. When my lease ended in April 05 I moved out and left the place spotless and left the keys @ the office with a note saying I had left a working washer/dryer in the unit that I no longer needed. Well this year 07 I received a letter from a collection agency for $908 from Park on Olive for "Damages" to the unit. THATS TOTAL BS.... Because a friend of mine who moved out a few months after me did her final walk thru with Linda and she though everything was fine until a year later she received a collection notice too from Park on Olive for $500 that place likes to rob people after they move yet it lets all the criminals and drug dealers live there.
