EXTREMELY LOUD APARTMENT BUILDING! If you value quiet, absolutely do not live here. They will tell you on the tour about the soundproofing, space between units, how they cannot hear anything, etc. You can hear people walking lightly! When a door all the way down the hall closes, your door rattles, slams too. All the sounds echo - if they have a dog, watch tv, play music, close a closet door....you will hear it and jump because it sounds like someone is in your apartment. These are expensive apartments and you may think that will buy you a premium apartment experience. This place is not even 1/2 full. When it is, I cannot imagine how loud it will be. They went for the bling look and skimped on the building features that would have given tenants a quiet place to call home. With everyone working in their apartment, this is especially difficult.
