From Alliance then Maverick now Roscoe this property management company is the WORST. Arboretum used to be nicely maintained (grounds were clean, maintenance helped to fix AC quick, replaced fridges no longer working within an hour), you could negotiate your renting rates, the office staff were nice and actually helped. Then Maverick took over, it went to mediocre property management. The grounds would have dog poop everywhere, the staff was okay (some nice/some not), the maintenance team would take longer to fix things but, it was done within the week. Now, Roscoe is the WORST they've ever had run this property since they took over in the 2nd half of 2020. They made an already difficult time with COVID into an even worse one. They would not work with renters on the property to make paying rent/having a place to live easier. The grounds just got worse, more dog poop everywhere, trash everywhere, broken glass and dead animals around grassy areas/sidewalks where kids play and people take their dogs on walks, no notice of power or water shut off until they've already been disconnected for the last hour or not receiving a notice at all, front office staff rude and disrespectful to the residence (constantly feels like asking a question or for putting in a maintenance request like you are bothering them). They are only here to take your money and run. Please move to any of the other apartments in the area for around the same price or cheaper. This place is a PIT. Just STAY AWAY until they can get a management group who knows what they are doing to come in and fix this place!

    This place use to be great until Mavrick Management took over. The parking lot is full of garage, dust, and debris. Maintenance takes at least a week to fix an issue. There's a huge lack of communication from the front office. The last folks who ran the front and maintenance were so helpful and seemed to actually care about the community. Not anymore. The front office either has tons of people who won't help you or one lady who is extremely rude and sarcastic. Such poor service skills. She makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her with a question or something you need help with. I feel so uncomfortable and unsafe living here now. Mavrick has left such a bad taste. Stay away and move somewhere that has people who care about the community you live in.
