Resident 2023

I just moved here beginning to July 2023. I have to agree with all the reviews on the gated community being a total fail! We pay for a gated community, why aren't the gates working? I have not seen any homeless people in our complex, and most definitely haven't seen any homeless people using drugs, but I'm not out at night. When it comes to the Marijuana use, that's just something tgat everyone has to get used to! It's legal and people also use it for medical issues! I just can't imagine the smell seeping through others apartments, the doors don't have any openings. So far, I'm happy ?? The inside of my 2bd/2ba is very nice!

    Too much commercial.

Very bad maintenance and too expensive compared to neighborhood apartments. They also charge you if you ask for lihts and fans ??.... Water bill and maintenance charges are around 10-20% of your base rent..

      Trashy complex with not gated

Dirty trashy apartment complex and if the staff's lips are moving they are lying. All three gates are left open there is no security and don't bother paying for the additional fob to open the back gates you won't need them they are always open. Get used to dog poop everywhere cigarette butts everywhere and the stench of weed throughout the complex to the point that it will permeate your apartment. Checking your mail after dark forget it, the lights are burned out in the mail area and have been for months there are filthy dirty grills which may or may not work as the knobs are broken on many of them. There are plenty of homeless people in the area roaming around smoking pills and climbing in and out of the dumpsters. This is as far from luxury as one can get

DO NOT LIVE here, it's ran by a horrible management & staff that do not care about the residents and are not understanding at ALL! All they are after is your money, taxing you for everything and charging you for every little thing. Very unfortunate and unsatisfied living here! They call these "Luxury apartments" and charge you an arm and a leg when there is NOTHING luxury about it! Staff/managers are not helpful at all and company who runs this are only after your money! Save your money and take it elsewhere, will not be renewing lease!

        Very nice apartments

The staff and maintenance crew are great and work quickly to resolve issues. Just avoid sharing walls with apt 2087. They are easily the worst, noisiest, most inconsiderate neighbors that I’ve ever experienced.

          Unnecessary charges

After 3 1/2 years we moved out of this apartment complex. When we originally moved in the complex was great management was wonderful the amenities were wonderful. With the onset of Covid things at this apartment complex started to go downhill management has turned over twice. Maintenance has fallen to an all time low. We needed the carpet to be cleaned but it hasn’t been cleaned in 3 1/2 years and now we’re being charge for replacement of the carpet since we moved out. There are more reviews like mine that state the complex tries to get new carpet replacement from Residence that has moved out. Beware if you decide to move into this complex

            Noisy Neighbors

The people that live directly above us do nothing but stomp, bang, drag all day and night. We’ve had to call security because my husband works 12 hour days outside and we just want to be able to enjoy Quiet Hour and be able to sleep. As soon as security leaves they’re back at it. My wall hangings have become crooked because of it. No one in our home can get any rest. It keeps my toddler wide awake. I’m pregnant and I need to be able to relax. It’s getting old. Management won’t respond to emails to help us. Here we are stuck.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND HAS BEEN TARGETTING ME. 1. They do not allow you to have more than 1 parking spot 2. You cant have your car sit in an unassigned spot for more than 2 days or it will be towed 3. They make up "limited parking" spaces where ever they please without putting a sign or anything to be towed. 4. They say they give 24 hours notice and then don't and then tell you they don't have to 5. They say they make curtesy calls prior to tagging to be towed. When asked about the call they tell me they don't have to. 6. After realizing they were wrong for towing my car, they were not willing to reimburse full payment.

Property manager Tyler Meinders is a useless that who needs some basic training in etiquette and customer service. Property rented multiple units to a motorcycle school and every. single. unit. Has 4 or more guys with loud loud motorcycles. It just sucks.

I was quite impressed with this property , the floor plans, the gym and overall experience Jenny Tetesco was my leasing consultant she was very knowledgeable about the property etc., I am so happy to reside here and the security features are a plus. Thank you

I spent a very short time at Aspire Pinnacle Peak, However, I have spent much time in apartments and condos in many places. As far as I can see the owners of Aspire Pinnacle Peak did their job very well. The apartment was fairly typical concerning the valuation of money versus value and square footage. However, when I asked about a certain repair or need the staff knew well enough to educate their residents as to how to solve the problem themselves through their website. Always willing to assist in the correct protocol, and never willing to do the job of the resident for the resident, the perfect balance. The owners, or the original owners, knew what they were doing when they built this complex. The best way to compete with other complexes is not to offer too much more in regards with square footage versus the dollar, the best bang for your buck is found in the community amenities. I have stayed at many condos and apartments, and this complex offered the best gym, the best movie theater system and protocol, and a very clean upkeep and a very fair set of rules. Also, a management that listened and… See More>

READ BEFORE RENTING I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH This review is of my experience living at Aspire. Renter Beware! Take this review as you may as you should with any review. This is just my experience. At first glance Aspire looks great! Huge gym, pools, club house, location, free breakfast just to name a few things. Then you live there… Where do I begin? Let's start with what I will call summer problems. During the summer since you live next to the wash at night expect to see droves of cockroaches running around the property. These will get into your apartment from time to time as well. Nothing you can do about the amount of roaches that inhabit the grounds at night during the summer. Also, be prepared to find scorpions frequently in your apartment. I would find them more often than I like. During the summer around the property in the water reservoirs they get inhabited by bees. These are the same bee's I got swarmed on and broke my glasses. When I called to report it my response back was "that sucks" also filled with laughter. No apologies, no offer to replace my glasses due to lack of maintenance… See More>

First off I know Claudio the man who last reviewed Aspire he moved out of because he was tired of the BS. I'm scratching my head here, was he bribed to write a good review? I have lived here for many years, I've seen the up and downs of this place. It's currently at the bottom of the barrel, I will be breaking my lease it is that bad, it IS NOT a luxury apartment anymore. FACT Dec 23rd 2017 two days before Christmas the mail carrier vehicle WAS STOLEN from the parking lot. FACT Oct -Dec 2017 we received an email stating "kids" were vandalizing patios, and throwing DOG FECES onto them. FACT Oct- Dec 2017 we received an email stating the nature of Wal-mart shopping carts being left on the premises. FACT Oct-Dec 2017 we received an email stating the nature of cigarette butts scattered on the premises. If you do not have children under age 14, and don't mind that they do not offer a receptacle for recycling, then may be the perfect place for you to live. Also, their policy on children states that if you have a child under age 14 they must be supervised at all times. The only time they can be alone is if they are walking to/from the bus stop pick-up point. This is so ridiculous! So, if your child is 12 or 13 and wishes to ride their bike by themselves within the perimeter of this gated complex, they can't. If your child wants to walk over to the main building to get a free bag of popcorn on a Saturday afternoon, they can't. Children can't play or walk outside by themselves. If your child is caught without you, the rule states that situation is grounds for possible eviction. Also the lighting by the pool is not good enough for safety purposes. There needs to be more lighting available. It is very dark by the pool. Also, some of the lights inside the walls of the smaller pool are not turned on. if you are lap swimming in the evening,… See More>

Do not move in this apt. Lots of cockroaches everywhere . The office manager is an unqualified rude disrespectful woman who has no idea how to listen a tenant when he/she wants to talk about their problem . I went to her today n I started nicely tell her about my issues (dishwasher, cockroaches, window) and she interrupted me many times so I was waiting til finish her speak and I tried again to tell her my issue but she cut me off again and again and again. And she was the manager. Shame. As a manager or even if the member of the staff she should listen to the tenant n when he/she finish she can talk. How does the office manager want to help to the tenant if she doesn't even let the tenant to finish his/her sentence ?????? That's very rude and disrespectful . First when I said that my shade is broke she cut me off right away and she said" oh you have to pay for it!" I'm like "excuse me ? Can I first finish my sentence?" She is very rude and disrespectful I would never move in again. Zero helpfulness n no knowledge… See More>

Do not give any security deposit to them.. At the time of move out no matter how good you leave your apartment there are going to take all in lieu of the maintenance. Even if u professionally clean ur apartment and carpet they still charge money. Not a good exp.

I am able see lot of scorpio's in my unit. I am on my bed and at 2.00 am I have seen one Scorpio is crawling on my hand on that day on wards I am sleeping on lighting. I have seen living room, bed room, bath room and closet. Management is telling, this is a desert place you have to stay your own risk and that is what in the agreement. Their pest control team investigate the root cause and kill them . After the pest control also I have seen. It's useless to inform to management. I am paying rent and I am scaring to sleep every night. I would not recommend this apartment to any one.

The apartments are nice. Great location to walking. Nice amenities. good parking. Courteous staff. I've been here for 2 1/2 years and the first year was nice & quiet which is what I was looking for. As quiet as Apartment living could be - that is - however, it's gone downhill since and I am looking to get out at the end of my final short term lease. Noise is the biggest issue in this establishment: Aspire likes to rent to students from the flight school which pack into apartments and make noise, slam doors, smoke (so you not only smell it everywhere, but see butts on the grounds). Don't bother trying to keep your patio door open because smoke will just finds its way all around everywhere and you'll have to close it. Also --- noise complaints? IF you make any, they won't be handled. I have complained about a certain few guys that make excessive noise at midnight to 5am (!!!) at least 4x and they are still here. Nothing is being done. Seems Aspire would rather have good tenants like myself leave then get rid of rude, disrespectful… See More>

My family forgot to do our requested move out inspection and the office never offered for us to have one, so, of course, this company took advantage of the situation. They charges us above and beyond our security deposit, gave us the run around about possibly removing charges and ultimately wasted my time and caused unwanted aggravation. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau, but I highly doubt they'll make any concessions. If you decide to live here, you should know that they can and will screw you when you leave. Cover all of your bases and make sure everything is exactly as you found it. NOT EVEN ANY DUST ON THE WALL, or they'll charge you to paint the entire apartment even though it only needs spot paint. They will let you go into a meeting, tell you they can make changes to the bill, not be able to locate the place in the lease that it says EVERYBODY IS CHARGED FOR PAINT and STILL tell you that the charges stand. There was once a time two years ago when I would have recommended this place to friends and family. I would no longer do so and… See More>

I moved in here almost three years ago, but the door is closing. This new staff is just plain awful. The complex is so big, that it just can't be managed properly. Every pro here has a corresponding con. Pro: The grounds are well-kept. Con: You can expect to be awakened by the tree trimmers and parking lot cleaners super early, like 7:30 early. And don't bother washing your car. It it constantly covered with dust from the above mentioned personnel. Pro: The pool is amazing. Con: After the office closes, the pool is a free-for-all. There is drinking and smoking, both prohibited by posted signs everywhere. I saw one group of people walk out of the pool at midnight with coolers and smoking, got into cars parked in front of the office, and leave. They didn't even live there. Pro: Decent dog park, and pets are allowed. Con: There is dog crap EVERYWHERE. In the complex' defense, there are doggie doo stations everywhere. This falls on the ignorant, lazy pet owners who think the rules don't apply to them. Pro: Nice gym. Con: There isn't much upkeep on the equipment. The foreign residents have no idea how to wipe down equipment after… See More>

The location was very convenient too everything that you could need. The staff was very friendly, they made you feel like you were family. Last but not least, two staff members of the staff went the extra mile to try to please us and to make sure our needs were taken care of.The two staff members were Janice Chan and Joe Gerena. Our plans are to stay at the Aspire at Pinnacle Peak again and would recommend it too our family and friends. Johnny & Betty. L. Tennessee 2/12/16

If I could give this place a rating in the negative I would. Let me start by saying they are the worst apartments ever!!!! The staff are the most incompetent people on this earth. They make you park your car a certain way and when you don't abide to this, they will tow you. The staff lives on the grounds and will fine you for things they see while watching you out their bedroom window(yes this is true). Talk about arrogance I'm so glad my lease is up and I can move far far away from these life sucking people.

Overall the community is beautiful. I love my apartment and the gorgeous amenities. I've lived here since it was Trillium Management and I hope to continue to renew my contract once it's up. My only concern that I would like to address are the children left unattended in the pool area without any supervision for hours. I work a Monday thru Friday job leaving my weekends to enjoy myself at the pool, when I approached three unattended children the younger child exclaimed her mommy was working in the office. I've noticed the children unattended in the amenities before in the prior months, but assumed they were residents and maybe parents were watching from afar. This is completely unprofessional and when I contacted management they acted like it was not a big deal. Moving forward if I see any unattended children I will be forced to contact law enforcement.
