Very good, courtesy staff and issues are resolved quickly. Good community and good units kept well. Very nice new additions with smart home. Some bug issues reoccur, but staff is very good at putting in requests to have them resolved quickly.

Except for the astronomical rent increases due to superfluous unnecessary gadgetry it has been mostly okay - something needs to be done about the vanishing landscaping as well as elimination of valet trash which encourages squalor

Rental rates due fluctuate based on the immediate area but you are always welcome to come into the office and speak with the property manager directly about your concerns. Valet Waste does still pick up trash on the property and if you have concerns regarding this please reach out to the property manager Colby.
