The staff was very friendly to me before moving in. I got a call 4 days before move in asking me when I was moving in, I told them my move in date and they said they were closed that day and I would need to pick up the keys another time (even though they gave me that date). I moved in to an apartment that had not yet been cleaned, fruit flies, unwashed carpets (I was told it would be wood), and no smoke alarms installed. For the first week I had to rotate my furniture between my kitchen and my living space in order for the carpets to be shampooed and the rest cleaned on separate days. I then had to put in a separate work order again for the fruit flies and the smoke alarm. The staff was apologetic and everything seems to be okay now, but just wish it would've been ready for me. Now that it's all settled it seems like a good community and the rest of the facilities are nice, and quiet.
