I love living at The Cascades! The location is close to great restaurants, shopping, airport, and hiking. The property is well maintained. When I do have a problem, it is handled immediately. The apartments are huge and I rarely hear my neighbors.

You're right, The Cascades is a very unique community and the Arcadia-Biltmore neighborhood is great. There are an abundance of great local restaurants within walking distance that are very popular with our residents and staff.
