I loved living here before it was bought by Greystar. I love the location. Recently I moved into a "renovated apt" with increased rent rate and am disappointed with the quality. I still have a used smelly washer and dryer even though it's a renovated apt. The quality of the renovation is poor. Very sad, this was a great community of people who are all moving out.
