Thanks for bringing this concern to our attention. It is our goal to treat everyone respectfully and to have loyal residents. We strive for continual improvement and welcome your feedback. We made the property aware both in late May and on June 8th that our resident portal was going down. The property was sold and new owners took over in June. The good news is we will have a new resident portal before August 1st. The property will also be going through some wonderful improvements and upgrades in the months to come.
