Since April 1, when Arizona went into state-wide quarantine, the main office closed and everything was done via online maintenance requests and an email was sent out to all talking about how maintenance requests would be handled but nothing specific on how "routine/non emergency" requests would be handled. Also the main office was closed to tenants but was staffed, except for management (although a person was available who was not the manager or asst manager to handle tenant complaints or issues). The complex, at least the side I live on, got trashy. People dumping ashes from the charcoal grills on the ground next to the grills, a grill was claimed on by kids and broke off at the bottom of the stand. The grill stayed there broken off for three weeks before it was finally taken away and the small hole in the ground where the in ground portion of the rusted through stand had been was finally filled in. Homeless people started back into the complex sleeping in the areas and digging around in dumpsters. We even had had to call police to handle events taking place, including drug dealing. But nothing from management about the issues and steps being taken to fix them. None of them walk the property to see what is going on. We have dumpsters so full that trash is all over the ground in the dumpster areas and when dumpsters are emptied, the trash handlers no longer push the dumpster back into their spots because of all the trash on the ground. People just toss their trash bags over the top of the walled dumpster areas and don't bother to ensure it is in the bin or that the bag didn't open spewing dirty diapers, beer cans and such all over the area. We have drug dealing going on but nothing is done about it in any way. Too many skechty people in the complex. This place has gone downhill since the beginning of the year. Don't think anyone in the office, including management live here, so they don't care about the complex, especially the older side. We have plenty of vehicles parked in here with license plates expired and taking up needed open parking places. But since no one even makes a habit of walking the property looking for issues, this place has gone down hill terribly and no one cares. They finally open one of four pools but only from 10am to 5pm in two hour increments for a max of 25 people at a time with a 30 min sanitization in between and yo7 have to sign up at least a day before you want to use the pool, which means during the hottest part of the 110 degree days are the only times you can get into the pool and if you work during the day, including weekends, you are ---- out of luck using the pool if you get home after 5pm. When asked why those hours, and it is closed on Sunday like the main office,It is because that is when staff is in the office. So it is open only when convenient for office and not the residents. This complex is poorly managed...maintenance staff do the best they can but not the main office. And they raise the rent and provide less and less.
