I am a resident from The Esplanade 740 W. Elm Street, Phx. and since I moved in a couple of months ago I had my car window written on (which I believe who is in parking spot#40) saying "Don´t Park Here Again, -----!" and then my side car was grinded in with somewhat a key leaving a dent and taking some of the paint off. On top of that I had my car broken into. I have a feeling that it is a crime/drug free complex. If the gates are opened like that for the past week there is something wrong with this picture. I like the Esplanade but I don´t like some of the people here. Especially the ------. Some of the young black men here in this complex are phonies, I hear them talking about drugs and stealing cars and stuff like that. There are children around the area. I used to live in this complex before and it was in a better condition then and now look at it. If I would had known that I wouldn´t had moved here. Its a disgrace and I get sick to my stomach when I think about this and what really goes on during the night whatsoever. To make this complex better and more safe, those gates need to be locked at all times. Where are the night patrol when this was happening? I don´t understand. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE I REALLY THOUGHT THIS WAS SUCH A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IN. I hear alot of things going on at night here in THE ESPLANADE and its very nerve-racking. I don´t feel safe and I shouldn´t have to feel this way if this place suppose to be such a great community.
