I am a college student who previously lived at Granite Bay. My mom still lives there but in a different apt. I immediately noticed changes in the grounds. Garbage was now enclosed behind gates,flowers were blooming and the grounds manicured. No trouble finding a place to park and enjoyed a pool/barbecue(pool was sparkling)with my family.The office was friendly when mom dragged me in and introduced me. They knew her by name and as other residents came and went they were all greeted with a smile,most by name. There were bikes residents could use and all the equipment in the gym was working. When I lived here we avoided the office at all costs! Simply Better is doing an amazing job with the place and I left very comfortable Mom was safe.Granite Bay gets my recommendation!
