Greetings, I like living here, at night it is quiet and there is a great mixture of people from different backgrounds. There is security that patrols at night and feel it does help minimize some criminal activity. When there is problem most of the time is it taken care of the same day. It is best to call and speak with a person in the office to set up a time because when there is a voicemail left nothing happens. I had roaches and ask for the office to spray and it work. I also had bedbugs and spoke with the office to have it remove and threw everything away. They sprayed twice (which is recommended) and it work. A request I would like is carpet cleaning at resigning of lease. The first year I renewed I received it for free, then the following year I had to choose between having $100 off rent or carpet cleaning. The front office people are nice and have worked with me when I was late on rent, it did take constant communication on my part to let them know the situation. The location is great because it is close to stores, schools and the I-17. Thanks Thank you
