My time at Greenspoint has been fairly pleasant. I will say that they have changed management a few times during my stay here, but with the most recent change I will say I am extremely satisfied. Apparently the management group that is operating the complex now are the original owners. They makes a world of difference because obviously the management companies they were using just didn't cut it. Several issues have been resolved almost immediately after the new staff took over. Some of those issues include people picking up after there dogs.....balconies are more organized and clean.....quicker responses to various issues that may arise.....more community activities......and just a general overall disposition when it comes to the property itself. The young leasing agents and managers (you ladies know who you are) are in a word AWESOME. I fully plan to renew my lease Greenspoint (if the price is right anyway....LOL) I have been here since 2010 so I really hope loyalty counts. Now be advised that sometimes maintenance can be a little slow but when they do come out they do a pretty good job and the young ladies will even call to follow up that it was taken care of to my satisfaction. The customer service is very refreshing.....especially in this day and time so please keep up the good work ladies.....I hope to be a resident here for many years to come!!!!!
