La Serena at Toscana

I have lived at La Serena for over a year now and the management seems to finally have their crap together. After a reluctant visit to the office I walked out for the first time feeling like a priority. The girls in the office were friendly and the new manager made me feel like a valued customer instead of a nuisance. Once I explained the troubles I have had she was overly helpful and kind. For all I know she couldnt care less about my problems but she listened and get this... Offered solutions! It was a nice feeling having someone to help instead of turning the problems into a blame game and make me feel like a bad person mentioning the broken appliance I have had to deal with for months. By the end of the day the problems were fixed and all it took was someone to care enough about my living situation as they do their own. I still think things could be better but i think the management change is a step in the right direction. Who knew my negative outlook could be changed by just a little customer service and it doesn't hurt the new staff is good looking to. The manager mentioned this site and the bad reputation so I thought since she went out of her way to help me I will go out of my way sharing my positive experiance. Things are starting to look up and I may even renew my contract.
