I recently moved in here about a month ago, and I too was weary about the reviews on this page. The noise, bedbugs, poor staff, pricing, etc. I was searching for an apt and houses for weeks and have visited many other properties. When I first walked into the property I was blown away by how beautiful the complex was. The units are georgous, the amenities are top notch. Some of the floor plans are a little tight if you have big furniture, however every unit is upgraded and modern (just my style) :]. I was so taken by the property that I signed a look and lease special, which is when you sign a lease the same day you visit you get a credit towards your move in! Well when I got home I had buyers remorse, so I went on here and read the reviews and immediately got turned off. So I decided to go in there the next day to review the property again and speak with the staff about these reviews. The majority of these reviews are about a year old and whenever any business has bad reviews it all stems from the management. If there is poor management then there is poor staff. If there is poor staff, then good customer experiences suffer. Since this properties opening the staff has been completely gutted and replaced with a fantastic team. Heather, the property manager is absolutely wonderful. She understood my concerns and really helped me make the right decision without tryig to sell me on anything. You can tell how good a manager is by how her employees attitudes are. Katie who is the first person that showed me and my gf this place was so good at her job. She took the time to go over every single thing that we wanted to see. Her and Heather went above and beyond their job roles to make sure that we were comfortable making a a commitment to live here. that kind of management alone is worth moving in. On to the noise, I work all day just like the majortiy of the other business proffesionals that live here and have not had any noise complaints. On the weekends it is surprisingly quite. The last time someone was loud they got evicted immediately for disturbing the other guests. Again any problems that arised it is handled by a great team. Bed bugs..wth? If you had bed bugs you probably bought an old matress off of craigslist...this seemed to be an incident along time ago if it did happen. No bugs in my bed. Poor Staff. The reviews on this page are talking about employees that are no longer there. The staff they have now are awesome. The End. Pricing. If you can't afford to live here, then don't. I think it is competitively priced, however you can get something more affordable if you look around. But YOU WILL have to be willing to sacrifice certain luxuries such as a 2 story gym, and resort style pool, an awesome staff, and a great area. So if you want cheap go live in the hood. The benefit of it's price range also helps keep the community mixed with working professionals who are not trying to cause any trouble. So you want cheap? Be prepared to deal with cheap neighbors. Safety. This place is locked down. People complain that there is a bad neighborhood across the street. Complain to the city of Phoenix for really "smart" zoning. Phoenix has pockets all over with good and bad neighborhoods mixed together. The property feels very safe with fobs, gate codes, deadbolt locks. Just don't go into the neighborhood at night by yourself looking for trouble and you'll be just fine. I think I've addressed most of the concerns that I have had, and no I don't work here.
