When I first moved in I was told my garage was free for first year, then management changed and I was told I had to pay now. That is not the fault of new mgmt. I also was not allowed to see my apt until the day I was to move in. I find that odd and because of this rule, there were things in the apt that were not handled and I could be responsible for paying for the fixes. Again, not new mgmts fault, but the owners. New management has been nothing but courteous, accommodating and understanding. Gina and Todd rock! If you want respect, you show respect. By whatever means that looks like. If your upfront and honest with them, they do the same. Their maintenance staff is over the top awesome!
