My experience has been great. It is disappointing though that the pool and grill area closes at 10:00pm every day. On weekends it should be extended. If people are too loud then they should just be written up with a noise complaint. Perhaps change the rule that you can go but after 10 you have to be quieter. Also, we used to get a "free service" upon renewal every single year. My girlfriend who I lived with has been here since 2013-2014 and had it every year. Either a free painting of a wall, month free of rent, or professional cleaning. It should be brought back. The hallways also have been cleaned about once every 3 months and I think they get a little too dirty approaching month as tons of things blow into the hallways and birds defecate all over the interior walls in the stairwells. Lastly, I have been getting lost mail lately in the past month. Not sure if it is a new mail man or what the deal is. Overall, I love the staff here as they do everything they can to make my experience better and the maintenance crew is absolutely amazing. Out of all of the apartments that I have lived at, I not only trust them completely but they do an excellent job, respond within a few hours or the next morning if the request is after hours, and they are always polite. My favorite thing is that they explain what is wrong and what they are going to do to fix it in detail if you ask.
