SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

Mrs, we appreciate you sharing your opinions, as we believe that resident feedback is instrumental in improving our level of service. we regret that you had a negative experience with us, but are glad you brought this matter to our attention so that we can work to provide a solution for you. Regarding the random charges, at the time anyone who signs the lease agreement we normally ask to come at least with 30 minutes of your time to review the lease agreement. We are happy to provide a copy for you at any time. Also, if you have any questions please let us know and if we do not have the answer at that time we will reach out and let you know later. Please remember that Conservice and Synergy will communicate with you regarding the utilities via email to let you know including if any changes at least 30 days before it happens. If you do not have email you need to contact Conservice so they can send any information you might need. As for the lights in the parking, we are installing more lights around the whole complex by sections. Thank you for making your home here at Palm Crest at Station 40. We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with us at Palm Crest at Station 40. We actually don't write reviews because we are to busy working to assure that every residents needs our meet not only that but with our own work load of reports we have to do, we don't really have the time. We appreciate the good reviews we receive from residents and even prospects that truly think we are doing a great job!

We run a very high end screening to assure that everyone that lives on property meets the requirements and follow the crime free/drug free addendum that is set in place as of now.
