I have been living in this apartment complex for a very long time. I have seen multiple owners and apartment managers come and go. Since the property was taken over by a management company the premises are a bit nicer. However, the maintenance staff insists on killing all of the trees on the property by overcutting. The washer/dryer facilities are a joke. The complex still has constant trash pickup issues. Tenants leave sofas, beds, furniture, whatever they like in the trash bins and they sit for days/weeks. You may want to keep looking. But it is a convenient place to travel around from the inner city of Phoenix.
