I would have to agree with above comments.

<br>for apt transfers:( not even the deposit and
<br>charge you a $150 transfer few on top of that. also make sure you put everything wrong with the apt (which is a lot) on inspection report otherwise when you leave they will charge you for it, even if it was there when you moved in. I would also agree to many misbehaved kids at pool. poor planning of
<br>apts no extra closets space for vacuums, which you will end storing most of items in your garage.
<br>garbage in first phase is a joke, not evenly distrubited it is all the way on the other side. air conditiner in 2 bedrooms poorly
<br>planned as well hardly any air blows into kitchen a livingroom. so top level is freezing while
<br>2nd level is so hot. bottom of line appliances, fixtures and fans. you pay for all the utilities even water. 2nd bedroom
<br>you barely can fit a bed. more for an office.
<br>landscapers blow everything into your parking
<br>and gargage area, to keep the middle of the
<br>street clean. some of the staff is nice,
<br>but main manager can be shifty.
