Hello Jon, First of all, let us extend to you our apologies for any stress you may have been caused by this situation. It is our goal to make Pointe at South Mountain a place you love to call home, and we understand that you would like to utilize the community amenities to the fullest extent possible. Our coffee bar, as with each of our community amenities, is there for the enjoyment of all of our residents. Because of this, we must be mindful of how much we use these amenities and refrain from using them in excess as this would be unfair to others who may wish to enjoy, in this case, the coffee bar as well. As always, we encourage each of our residents to come and use the shared amenities as much as they would like, just so long as they do so in a way that is respectful to the community as a whole. We hope that we were able to address your concerns and would like to thank you very much for providing us with feedback. The appointments are nice, decent size, love the area and surrounding community. The staff is the absolute worst. They are unprofessional and unhelpful when it comes to matters they don't want to help you resolve. Some of the girls upfront are extremely rude and un-knowledgeable.

The apartments that were available during your first visit were likely rented to customers who applied and paid their holding deposit within 24 hours of receiving a quote. When taking prospective residents on tour we do our best to ensure that they have all the information pertaining to the daily pricing system, and we encourage them to apply to hold the home and lock in the rate they were looking for. We will address this with our team, to make sure that this is being communicated clearly to every potential resident. This is a nice place to live. Pleasant neighbors. Not a lot of noise. Good insulation between apartments. Great staff. Maintenance crew are knowledgeable and courteous and even clean up after themselves. My apartment looks out on a golf course.

Unfortunately, non-emergency maintenance requests have been running a bit behind due to increased calls to repair air conditioners during these exceptionally hot and humid days. We will continue to do our best to get requests turned around as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience while we get through these hottest of summer days.
